正交设计法选择丹参饮片软化切制的最佳工艺条件
【摘要】本课题通过正交试验的方法来优选丹参饮片的软化切制的工艺条件。根据《中国药典》中浸出物及含量测定方法,分别采用重量法和高效液相色谱法测定出水溶性、醇溶性浸出物的含量,还有丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B含量。结果:优选出的丹参饮片软化切制的最佳工艺条件为:丹参药材100kg,加80kg的水淋润4h至透,切2mm厚片,80℃烘干。结论:优选出的丹参饮片切制工艺简便,易于实行,比较容易控制。

Optimization of the conditions for softening and cutting of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae by orthogonal design
【abstract】In this paper, the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the conditions of the softening and cutting process of Radix Salviae MiltiorrhizaeMethod for determination of content and content of extractives in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the contents of water-soluble and alcohol soluble extracts were determined by gravimetric method and high performance liquid chromatography, and the contents of tanshinone A and salvianolic acid B were determined.Result:The optimum technological conditions of the optimum cutting process of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae slices were as follows: 100kg of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge., adding 80kg of water to 4h, 80 slices of 2mm.Conclusion:It is simple, feasible and easy to control

1.丹参的主要成分及其药理作用
丹参为唇形科鼠尾草属植物丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge)的干燥根和根茎[1]。《神农本草经》中有记载,丹参住心腹邪气,肠鸣幽幽如走水,寒热积聚,破症除瘕,止烦满,益气[2],全国大部门地区都有分布,是临床常用中药,具有活血化瘀、活血通经、安神除烦、凉血消痈等功效,研究表明,丹参中脂溶性的二萜类和水溶性的酚酸类为其主要有效成分。脂溶性的二萜类主要有丹参酮Ⅰ、ⅡA、ⅡB、Ⅴ、Ⅵ,隐丹参酮等。水溶性的酚酸类主要有丹酚酸A、B、C、D、原儿茶醛,丹参素等。
