摘 要

养老社区景观不同于一般的社区景观，针对老年人 特殊的群体，常规的设计手法与规范在很多情况下并不适应老年人的身体和活动需求，所以养老社区的景观设计从宏观角度出发，就要站在老年人的立场，以老年人的视角来考虑问题。

老年人由于自身的特点，体力弱，视觉和听觉都会有不同程度的退化，动作缓慢；其次老年人会在心理上更重视周围亲朋好友的关系，希望获得他人尊重。这些特点决定了他们对景观环境有许多不同于年轻人的要求。老年社区景观的规划和设计不仅要重视无障碍的设计，还需要在既、设计景观小品的同时站在老年人的角度考虑问题。注重老年人的身心需求。

Landscape Design of Community Elderly Service Center in Haiyan County -- a Green Tour of The Elderly Community

ABSTRACT

Retirement community landscape is different from the general community landscape, special groups for the elderly, the conventional design methods and specifications in many cases, not to meet the needs of the body and the activity of old people, so the pension community landscape design from a macro perspective, will stand in the position of the elderly, with the Angle of view to consider the problem of old people.

Due to their own characteristics, the elderly are physically weak, and their vision and hearing are degraded to varying degrees, and their movements are slow. Secondly, the elderly will pay more attention to the relationship between their friends and relatives, hoping to gain respect from others. These characteristics determine that they have many different requirements for landscape environment than young people. The planning and design of the elderly community landscape should not only pay attention to the design of barrier-free, but also need to consider the problems in the old people's perspective while designing the landscape sketch. Focus on the physical and mental needs of the elderly.
