二异或APUF的研究与实现毕业论文

摘 要

APUF由激励生成器、若干对二选一数据选择器和仲裁器构成。通过物理原件的制造差异,可以生成一组独一无二、不可预测、不可克隆的响应数据。二异或APUF由对两个APUF的输出进行二异或组成。

二异或APUF具有可靠性、唯一性、随机性的特点,本文重点研究了可靠性和唯一性。

本文通过ISE等软件实现了二异或APUF的电路,并验证了二异或APUF的可靠性和唯一性,实验结果表明二异或APUF实际的可靠性接近理想值100%,以及二异或APUF实际的唯一性接近理想值50%。证明了二异或APUF的可靠性和唯一性。

Abstract

The APUF consists of an excitation generator, a number of pairs of alternative data selectors, and an arbiter. Through the manufacturing differences of physical originals, a unique set of unpredictable, non-clonal response data can be generated. The divisor or APUF consists of two different ORs of the outputs of the two APUFs.

Dimorphism or APUF is characterized by reliability, uniqueness and randomness. This paper focuses on reliability and uniqueness.

In this paper, the circuit of diiso or APUF is realized by software such as ISE, and the reliability and uniqueness of dimorphism or APUF are verified. The experimental results show that the actual reliability of diiso or APUF is close to the ideal value of 100%, and dimorphism or APUF. The actual uniqueness is close to the ideal value of 50%. It proves the reliability and uniqueness of dimorphism or APUF.
