摘 要

以经济全球化为背景，我国不断提出并实施了“走出去”战略和“一带一路”的倡议。我国的对外直接投资也因此得到了较快的发展。与此同时我国产业结构升级也成为经济发展过程中需要解决的问题。本文采用ADF单根检验验、Jonhansen协整、格兰杰因果方法进行实证检验。首先，通过我国的投资数据和产业结构数据分析我国对外直接投资和产业结构目前各自的特点与情况，其次研究了相关的产业结构的变化，找出对其变化造成重要影响的各不同类型的直接投资的相关动因。所研究的的相关数据是基于2002年及其随后的15年期间的直接投资存量数据，同时结合同一时间段内有关产业结构升级的相关指标的数据，将其录入相应的模型继而实现实证分析。根据实证分析的结果可以得知，我国对外直接投资对国内的产业结构升级具有一定的推进作用。最后，根据所得出的相应结论提出科学合理的建议。

Research on the Impact of China's Foreign Direct Investment on Industrial Structure Upgrading

Abstract

In the context of economic globalization, China has continuously proposed and implemented the “going out” strategy and the “One Belt, One Road” initiative. China’s foreign direct investment has also developed rapidly. At the same time, the upgrading of China's industrial structure has also become a problem that needs to be solved in the process of economic development. This paper uses ADF single root test, Jonhansen cointegration, Granger causality method for empirical test. Firstly, through the investment data and industrial structure data of China, we analyze the current characteristics and situation of China's foreign direct investment and industrial structure, Secondly, it studies the changes of relevant industrial structure, and finds out the relevant motivations of different types of direct investment which have an important impact on its changes. The relevant data are based on the stock data of direct investment in 2002 and the following 15 years. At the same time, combined with the data of the relevant indicators of industrial structure upgrading in the same period, it is entered into the corresponding model and then empirical analysis. According to the results of empirical analysis, we can know that China's foreign direct investment has a certain role in promoting the upgrading of domestic industrial structure. Finally, according to the corresponding conclusions, scientific and reasonable suggestions are put forward.
