1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

since the 21st century, china's economy has developed rapidly, the comprehensive national strength has been continuously enhanced, and people's living standards have been significantly improved. as the most important production tool, automobile has become an indispensable part of people's life, occupying a very important position in politics, economy, life and other fields. the economic level of a country can be reflected by the development of automobile industry. the rapid economic growth of our country can not be separated from the help of automobile.

automobile braking is one of the most important safety indicators. with the continuous progress of the automobile, the improvement of the road level, the acceleration of the pace of life, the average speed of modern automobile has also significantly improved. in contrast, traffic accidents are also increasing. tens of thousands of people are killed in traffic accidents every year in china, hundreds of thousands of people are injured. the safety and stability of the automobile has become an impact on people's driving and purchasing the first factor of buying a car is that people have higher and higher requirements for the braking performance of the car. therefore, modern cars need high-performance, long-life braking system. the brake has the functions of forced deceleration in driving, normal parking in various road conditions and speed control when driving downhill. at present, the most widely used brake is disc brake, which was invented in the early 20th century and popularized in the 1960s. compared with drum brake, disc brake has many advantages, stable braking efficiency it has the advantages of strong resistance to water recession, simple structure, small mass size and convenient maintenance.

the brake research in european and american countries started earlier. at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, many countries in europe and america have widely used the disc brake in urban public transport vehicles, and the use of the disc brake on the load vehicles has exceeded 50%. the research of brakes in china started late, most of the brakes used in automobiles were imported from foreign countries, and few self-developed products. however, with the rapid development of china's automobile industry, domestic automobile manufacturers cooperate with foreign advanced enterprises to acquire, and china's disc brake level has also made great progress.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1.basic contents

design rear disc brake, including brake disc diameter, brake disc thickness, inner radius and outer radius and thickness of friction pad, working area of friction pad. the structure and working principle of inertia proportional valve and load sensing proportional valve are analyzed respectively, and the load sensing proportional valve is designed.
