1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

The comfort requirements for seats purchased by consumers have been extended to the perception of human body functions, namely the so-called see, hear, smell, and feel. With the large-scale popularity of the Internet, consumers can understand the comfort of cars and seats through various channels, making higher requirements for the comfort and safety of cars. The structure of car seats is still in its infancy in the field of ergonomics, and its development potential is huge. For consumers, in addition to the attractive appearance of the car, the more important aspect is driving comfort. After all, appearance is perception and comfort is experience. In the field of ergonomics research, the development of car seats has incorporated science and technology, combined with human body structure, to develop car seats that are more suitable for people to ride. The requirements for car seats should be considered from the needs of consumers. Domestic universities such as Jilin University and Wuhan University of Technology are committed to the demand for seat structures by different groups of people, and have accumulated a large amount of data. It ’s just the research that has n’t reached the production-research cooperation. The real comfort design of car seats still falls on the majority of car manufacturers and seat suppliers. As a result, sales have fallen and the market has failed, which is unacceptable and unaffordable for automakers. At present, most households in China are able to buy cars, but the automotive industry is also facing more challenges. Looking at the sales ranking of auto manufacturers in the past 5 years, we know how fierce the competition is, and how to face these problems wit. Issues that automotive companies need to consider and study. In order to study the safety and fatigue performance of the seat, we need to use CATIA, ANASYS, ABAQUS and other software to perform a series of modeling and static strength analysis operations.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

basic content: 1. use the finite element analysis method to establish a cae model of a three-dimensional model of a car seat skeleton. 2. seat collision analysis check.

research objectives: in this cae analysis of the car seat skeleton structure, the main purpose is to improve the static performance of the car seat, optimize the seat skeleton structure design, shorten the development cycle of new cars, and save development time and costs. the finite element technology is applied to the analysis of automobile seat structure, and improvement suggestions are proposed to make the seat structure meet the requirements of strength and stiffness and improve safety.
