1.试验前要查阅大量的资料，按要求写出实验方案，试验方案具有一定的可行性及创新性。
2.实验中要求操作规范，认真，严谨，严格遵守实验操作规程，防止安全事故的发生。
3.实验数据记载要求准确，包括日期、实验条件、试剂的准确用量、实验现象，并对实验现象、实验结果仔细分析，实事求是，并做出相应的图表。
