1）前言及环境概况

图像在形成、传输、存储过程中，由于成像系统、传输物质和设备的不完善，使图像质量下降。图像复原是通过计算机处理，对质量下降的图像加以重建或恢复。

tv模型是一种全变分数学模型，它是一种平滑性度量，对降质图像进行处理后，能够保持图像的目标细节，同时去除噪声；根据图像的特征，选择不同的参数，自适应地复原图像。
