分析桥梁水下结构的结构形式，分析我国桥梁水下结构的普遍性，分析桥梁水下结构的病害形式、病害原因，综述桥梁水下结构检测与加固技术的研究现状，综述常规水上结构的加固方法，分析水上结构加固方法在水下的适用难点，提出本课题的研究内容。
