中国对外直接投资现状分析与研究任务书

1. 1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容、要求、设计方案、规划等

改革开放以来,我国的对外投资取得了较大发展,但从整体上看, 中国对外直接投资仍处于初期发展阶段,与发达国家相比,还存在较大差距,这与我国经济大国的地位和发展速度极不相称,与世界经济全球化进程也不相适应。本文旨在进行实证研究的基础上，对中国对外直接投资的回顾，对我国企业对外直接投资进行简要分析。通过吸取国外发达国家对外直接投资的经验与教训，提出我国未来进一步完善对外直接投资的相关意见与建议。

本文分四个部分进行撰写：
