一、前言植物根际土壤微生物和植物间是互生关系,与植物根系相互作用、相互促进。
因此本课题从不同银杏复合经营条件下的根际微生物出发,探讨银杏根际微生物生物量以及其多样性,为更好的评价银杏复合系统土壤生物多样性和系统的生态效益奠定基础。
二、方案拟定本次研究设置在泰兴市张桥镇,选用至少5种以上的银杏复合经营模式,对这些模式条件下的土壤及根际微生物进行测定和分类,最终得出银杏根际微生物生物量以及其多样性。
