1. 毕业设计（论文）的内容和要求
从文化的角度，对中美商务谈判中出现问题进行对比分析，提出一些建议，减少因文化差异而导致的负面影响。
同时通过论文写作，掌握学术论文写作的一般规律和规范，学会基本的科研方法，达到本科生毕业论文的要求；同时加强自己对文化差异方面知识的了解。
2. 实验内容和要求
内容：在通过选题的基础上，搜集、研读、归纳中美两国在待人、思维方式以及决策方式等方面的差异；对中美商务谈判中出现的问题提出一些可行的解决方案。
要求：通过研读文献，能够深入分析中美文化差异对商务谈判造成的后果；在深入分析的基础上提出减少和解决问题的建议。
