2. 实验内容和要求
1 pcr扩增:提取拟南芥小苗总rna,进行反转录,扩增mos2基因;
2 载体构建:利用相同的限制性内切酶进行酶切,而后进行连接,验证鉴定重组子;
3 遗传转化:利用浸花法进行遗传转化,筛选阳性转基因株系。
