为了让观众更好的了解西方文化，字幕翻译发挥着极其重要的作用。
影视翻译是一个新兴的领域，目前其发展较为缓慢。
2. 实验内容和要求
电影字幕翻译的服务对象是非原语观众，其功能和目的是让观众更好地理解剧情和感受影片魅力。
尤其是字幕的翻译更具高要求，不仅要在表达上逻辑合理，更要求情感丰富，通俗易懂。
如何用普通地道的母语来表达出原片所想表达，才是字幕翻译的难点所在。
