内容：通过对浮萍核糖体亚基5s rdna的重复间隔序列区基因扩增、克隆和序列比对，研究wolffia globosa属浮萍品种之间的序列差异，以期从分子生物学角度了解核糖体亚基间隔区与浮萍生长速度的关系。
