文 献 综 述高层建筑给排水的安全与能耗问题与对策摘要：随着中国经济的高速发展，建筑行业也趋向科技化，趋向节能化。
给水排水在建筑中起着不可代替的作用，而随着建筑的高层化、结构的复杂化，给排水设计不仅需要满足建筑基本使用功能，还要各部门紧密配合，在保证消防安全的同时完善给排水功能设置和使用，推广节能给排水技术。
abstract: with the rapid development of china's economy, the construction industry also tends to technology, energy conservation. water supply and drainage play an irreplaceable role in buildings. with the high-rise and complicated structure of buildings, the design of water supply and drainage not only needs to meet the basic functions of buildings, but also needs to be closely coordinated by various departments to improve the setting and use of water supply and drainage functions while ensuring fire safety, and promote energy-saving water supply and drainage technology.关键词：高层建筑给排水、节能、消防安全一、研究背景目前建筑层数越来越高，且内部结构复杂，给排水相关设计部门应该提升高层建筑消防给排水的质量和安全。
2. 研究的基本内容、问题解决措施及方案
一、课题名称某高层住宅楼给排水设计二、工程概况新余市吉泰苑保障性住房小区1#楼项目是一个综合性的高层建设项目，位于新余市高新区天润路以东，横九路以南。
项目的建筑高度为43.8m,建筑面积为7813.43 m2。
整个的高层建筑地下一层为车库，一二层为商业，二层以上为住宅。
