炎症与癌症相关性研究进展宁彩云摘 要：炎症与癌症的相关性研究备受关注，炎症被认为是癌症七大特征之一。

传统的单纯针对肿瘤细胞的治疗方案越来越局限，针对肿瘤微环境的化疗药物的研发趋于深入，尤其是针对与肿瘤发生发展密切相关的炎症细胞的相关研究越来越多。

因此，本文就炎症和癌症的最新研究进展作一综述。

Inflammation is considered as one of the seven characteristics of cancer. The traditional treatment programs for tumor cells are more and more limited, and the development of chemotherapeutic drugs for the tumor microenvironment tends to be in-depth, especially for inflammatory cells that are closely related to the development of tumors. Therefore, this article reviews recent advances in inflammation and cancer.Key Words: Inflammation; Cancer;Correlation;TLRs炎症和癌症之间的联系不是新提出的，已经由Virchow在1863年首次假定，之后由Frances Balkwill和Alberto Mantovani复兴(2001)。

他们观察到慢性炎性病症和肿瘤的微环境中的许多相似性，表明炎症细胞和细胞因子在肿瘤进展和免疫抑制中的作用。

当Hanahan和Weinberg[1]描述了大多数癌症类型的特征时，炎症微环境不包括在着名的六种癌症标志中。

为了应对与炎症引起的遗传不稳定性而最终导致肿瘤的遗传异质性的广泛证据，癌症相关炎症被Colotta[2]提出作为第七癌症标志物。

2011年，Hanahan和Weinberg[3]修订了他们的癌症标记列表，这一次突出了肿瘤促进炎症在核心癌症标志物中的重要性。

1癌症中炎症的起源和类型炎症可对癌症中的恶性表型的起始到转移性扩散发挥关键作用。
