【摘要】：SX-002为beta;受体阻滞剂，对支气管和血管平滑肌的beta;1-受体有高亲和力，从而使血管扩张，血压降低。
适用于高血压、冠心病、及中度至重度慢性稳定性心力衰竭等症。
本文对SX-002的药理作用、毒理作用、药代动力学等方面进行了综述，以期对SX-002的进一步研究提供科学依据。

Suitable for high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, and stability of moderate to severe chronic heart failure, etc. In this paper, the SK-022 of pharmacological effects, toxicology, pharmacokinetics, etc were summarized, in order to SK-002 will provide a scientific basis for further research.Key words: SK-002 , Pharmacological effects; Toxicology; pharmacokinetic引言SX-002由德国默克公司于1978年研制成功，1986年以后相继在德国、瑞士、法国、美国、日本、中国以消旋体上市，目前已成为beta;肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂用于治疗高血压、心绞痛及心动过速的首选药物之一[1,2]。
1.SX-002简介1-1基本信息SX-002，商品名：康可、博苏、洛雅，化学名称：1-[4-[2-(1-甲基乙氧基)乙氧基]-甲基]-苯氧基]-3-[(1-甲基乙基）胺基]-2-丙醇富马酸盐，分子式：(C18H31NO4)2C4H4O4，分子量：766.96，其结构式如图1-1 图1-1SX-002本品为白色粉末；无臭。
本品在水中极易溶，在丙酮中微溶，在乙醚中不溶。
1-2鉴别（1）取本品约10mg，加水2ml溶解，加高锰酸钾试液1～3滴，紫红色应褪去，并有棕黄色沉淀生成。
（2） 取本品，加水溶解并分别稀释制成每1ml中约含0.1mg的溶液A和每1ml中约含0.01mg的溶液B，照紫外－可见分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，溶液A在271nm的波长处有最大吸收；溶液B在223nm的波长处有最大吸收。
（3） 本品的红外光吸收图谱应与对照的图谱（光谱集859图）一致。
1-3检查酸度 取本品0.50g，加水10ml溶解后，依法测定（附录Ⅵ H），pH值应为6.0～7.0。
