In the F.Scott Fitzgerald #8217;s Tender is the Night , the protagonist performed the corruption in the upper class, which gradually destroyed his American dream. In the work, the disillusion of American dream was reflected well.

tender is the night was one of f.scott fitzgerald #8217;s famous novels. it described the social lifestyle, the differences of different classes, and the disillusion of american dream. the protagonist dick should have been a good doctor. but when he entered the upper class, involving a strange circle, then everything,included himself changed. great substance did not carry the happiness, but the emptiness. he deserted his career and involved in the life, and gradually he lost his dream.
