At present, there is no special treatment method in clinic. The recurrent attacks of TS have brought heavy psychological and economic burden to the patients and families, which seriously affected the quality of life of the children. The etiology and pathogenesis of TS is not quite clear at present, it may be a factor, or it may be the result of a combination of factors, and there are many hypotheses for its pathogenesis. Therefore, this paper will explore the etiology of TS to broaden new ideas for TS treatment.
