pidotimod 匹多莫德 （pidotimod）是20世纪80年代由意大利poli industria chimica s.p.a 公司研发，于1993年获准上市用于临床，是一种人工合成的免疫促进剂，其结构类似于二肽，其化学名称为(r)-3-1(s)-(5-氧代-2-吡咯烷基)羰基-四氢噻唑-4-羧酸。
它具有快速分布，排泄，在体内没有蓄积，耐受性好等优点，既能促进非特异性免疫，又可促进特异性免疫。

1、课题研究内容本课题通过多种方法合成匹多莫德的中间体，在对这几种方法从高效、节能、快捷、环保以及成本等多方面进行分析比较，从中找出相对最为环保高效快捷节能的合成路线。
