the number of cars inchina has reached 260 million by the end of 2019.while cars bring greatconvenience to our life, they also bring a lot of safety problems. afterconsulting the data, the economic loss caused by brake failure is huge and thecasualties are tragic every year, which has caused many researchers to payattention to brake research.especially in recent years, with the development ofhigh-speed and heavy-duty sports machinery, this phenomenon has beenaggravated.the car service brake is an important part of the car, which caneffectively ensure the safety of the car.disc brakes are widely used inautomobile braking systems for their numerous excellent performances [1].cardisc brakes are mainly composed of brake discs, friction blocks, brakecalipers, pistons, etc.during braking, braking force is generated by frictionbetween friction plates and brake discs.at present, disc brakes are applied tofront and rear wheel brakes of most passenger cars and rear wheel brakes ofcommercial vehicles due to their excellent performance.
