1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

in the process of automobile development, people pay more and moreattention to the energy crisis and environmental pollution. in order toalleviate the negative impact of fuel vehicles in the use process, the newfield of electric vehicles with the advantages of zero emission, high energyuse rate, low noise, simple structure and so on has gradually formed. thesereasons also cause people to pay more and more attention to pure electric vehicles.there is a huge gap between china and developed countries in the development offuel vehicles, but china started early in the development of pure electricvehicles, which is at the forefront of the industry. taking byd company as anexample, china has accumulated a lot of experience in the design, research,manufacturing, sales and other aspects of new energy, laying a good foundationfor the development of pure electric vehicles.

the drive axle is located at the end of the power train, and it is oneof the important assemblies of the automobile power train. its basic functionis to increase the torque transmitted from the transmission shaft ortransmission, distribute the power to the left and right driving wheelsreasonably, and bear the vertical, longitudinal and transverse forces acting onthe road and between the frame or body. the drive axle is generally composed ofmain reducer, differential, wheel transmission device and drive axle housing.

the research and development of drive axle plays an important rolein the development of electric vehicles. whether the design of the wholevehicle is reasonable depends on the performance of the drive axle to a certainextent. in recent years, china has vigorously developed science and technology,actively introduced foreign advanced design technology, formulated variouspreferential policies, and made china's automobile enterprises constantly carryout reform and innovation, among which the emergence of finite element analysismethod (fem), computer-aided design (cad), computer-aided engineering (cae) andother design methods has promoted the development of the automobile industry.in order to occupy a place in the future pure electric market, we must increasethe research and development of pure electric vehicles.
