1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

The topic of this graduation design is "Shot Peening Parameter Design Based on Surface Integrity Improvement of Parts". The purpose is to use abaqus for finite element analysis on the basis of shot peening strengthening technology to describe the non-linear collision process of shot peening in the process of action and to analyze and modify design variables so as to complete the optimal optimization of surface integrity of parts.In recent years, with the rapid development of the aviation industry and the improvement of the manufacturing level of aviation structural parts, the long life requirements for aircraft, engines and other key components of equipment are getting higher and higher.In order to improve fatigue performance, parts are generally strengthened after precision milling.Shot peening, as one of the main deformation strengthening technologies, can significantly improve the fatigue life of parts by controlling the surface integrity.In the actual shot peening operation, it is extremely time-consuming and labor-consuming to find the most reasonable shot peening process parameter through actual experiments or staff experience. With the continuous development of finite element simulation technology, in order to reduce the time and money spent on experiments, with the joint efforts of many researchers, researchers have come up with a finite element simulation method to simulate the impact of the shot peening process on the surface mechanical properties of the processed workpiece.By using finite element simulation to predict the whole shot peening process before the shot peening strengthening process is implemented, the effect of the shot peening strengthening process is effectively improved and the production cost is greatly saved.Therefore, it is very necessary to use finite element method to simulate the process of shot peening and to optimize its design by changing the parameters.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

1. basic content: the basic content of this graduation project is to establish a gear shot peening model through finite element method to understand the influence of different shot peening parameters on the shot peening effect.under the condition of 100% shot peening coverage, aiming at the influence of different projectile diameters and velocities on the surface roughness and residual stress of aluminum alloy, the finite element model of shot peening simulation is established based on abaqus. then, the residual stress and surface roughness of workpiece surface are calculated by abaqus and matlab, the comprehensive influence of different projectile velocities and diameters on the surface residual stress and surface roughness is explored, and the optimal shot peening parameters are obtained for gears.

2. design objectives: (1) by studying the changes of shot peening parameters, the correlation between the effects of all parameters on surface integrity is explored.
