1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1.1 purpose and significance

the topic of this graduation thesis is "research on printing preparation of vehicle display devices". the purpose of this research is to simulate the process of droplet evaporation and deposition by finite element method, and to simulate and predict the factors affecting the "coffee ring" effect. the high viscosity, high resolution dot matrix is printed by electrohydrodynamic printing technology to verify the simulation results experimentally, and to explore methods to weaken the "coffee ring" effect, so as to optimize the preparation process, obtain high-quality light-emitting layer film and make electroluminescent devices, improve the performance of vehicle display light-emitting devices.

under the trend of automotive informatization and intelligent networking, large screen, flexibility, eye control, gesture control, touch screen and so on will become the development trend of vehicle display in the future. emerging displays (such as oled, qd-led) meet the development needs of vehicle display in the future because of their light weight, wide visual angle, bright color, flexible processing and other advantages. the traditional full-color display screen is generally realized by the evaporation process of metal mask, but this process has high equipment cost and large waste of materials, so it is difficult to reduce the product cost. inkjet printing technology can accurately spray functional materials onto the required substrate surface. it has simple process operation, low cost, and can achieve large-area and flexible preparation. and it is the most popular technology to achieve mass production of high-performance vehicle display screens. in the process of inkjet printing, there is usually a "coffee ring" effect when printing droplets evaporate on the substrate, and the deposition thickness of the functional solute at the center and edge of the ink droplets is different. as a result, the uniformity of the light-emitting layer film is reduced, which leads to many problems, such as uneven brightness, black spots and black lines in display devices. effectively suppressing the "coffee ring" effect can improve the resolution of printed patterns, promote the uniformity of the light-emitting layer film, enhance the service life and stability of the light-emitting display devices, and lay the foundation for the preparation of high-end vehicle display screen.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1 basic research content

the basic contents of this thesis are as follows. firstly, the finite element method is used to simulate the process of solution internal flow and particle diffusion during droplet evaporation, and the influencing factors and related mechanisms in the process of droplet evaporation and deposition are studied.the factors affecting the "coffee ring" effect are predicted by changing the relevant parameters.then the experimental verification is carried out according to the simulation results. by adjusting the properties of solvent and the parameters of ink-jet printing, the dot matrix with high viscosity and resolution can be printed by using electrohydrodynamic printing technology, and the regular curve of film formation with high viscosity, high resolution and high quality can be studied to find ways to weaken the "coffee ring" effect. finally, the preparation process and method of the light-emitting device are studied, the preparation process is optimized, the volatilization of the solution and the film-forming quality are controlled. a flat and uniform light-emitting layer film is obtained, and an electroluminescent device is manufactured, thereby improving the performance of the vehicle display light-emitting device.
