本论文由封面、致谢、论文题目、摘要、目录、正文、参考文献与附录组成。本论文的正文部分共五章。第一章是引言,它包括三个部分——研究背景、目的与意义、文献综述和研究设计。第二章到第四章是本文的主体部分,分别从课前、课内和课外三个不同阶段的不同方面来探讨“双减”政策下的初中英语教学的优化策略。第五章是结论,它包括两个方面——主要探讨研究的局限性和对未来研究的建议。

1.1 文献研究法
借助图书馆、网络、数据库的期刊杂志等搜集相关研究资料,特别是双减政策和国内初中英语教学,借鉴研究思路和方法,了解已有的研究成果,分析研究空白点,从而确定有价值的研究课题。

第七学期:
(1)10-11周: 论文命题与选题;指导教师与学生见面,第一次面授;
(2)15-18周: 学生根据教师下达的“任务书”,进行论文撰写的前期准备;
