1. 研究目的与意义（文献综述）

research purpose:

law is the pillar of a great power. since the 18th cpc national congress, the strategy, comprehensively implement the rule of law, has been further advanced and become an important basis for the governance system and capability. therefore, legal transplantation has received wide attention by its achievement in institutional practice. as a main method in legal transplantation, translation has a pivotal role to play. however, most scholars focus on legal provision rather than judgment. despite the judgment applies only to individual cases, it should not be ignored not only for its flexible application of the law, but also because it contains the balance of emotion and reason and the understanding of society and life. this thesis, taking the wisdom of the judgesas an example, analyzes this book’s narrative characteristics and translation featuresfrom micro and macro levelsbased on the perspective of narrative theory of translation. in addition, this thesis also aims to enrich the strategy as well as broaden the horizon of research on translation of legal english, enhance the academic community’s overall understanding of this research, promote the system construction and its sustainable development.
