1. 研究目的与意义（文献综述）

research purpose:

at present, the college english teaching has been reformed, but regular teachingtheory ignores students pre-existingknowledge and experience, their views, understanding of things, which contributes to students lower english reading ability and interest. there are still a lot of problemsexisting in the english reading class of college. in the classroom teaching, the teaching is still centered on the teaching of reading skills. however, in the scaffold teaching mode, students are the main body, teachers fully respect the main position of students in teaching, encourage students to carry out independent learning, joint inquiry, improve students'ability of autonomous learning and cooperationthrough guidanceand development. therefore, it is necessary to apply the scaffolding teaching mode in the college english reading class.this thesis will take college english reading class as the research object, and mainly observe how teachers use scaffolding teaching and how scaffolding teaching can better stimulate students' interest in learning and promote students' autonomous learning ability.
