辅助性T细胞分化和活性及三七的功效机制研究进展

摘 要:Th1细胞是机体适应性免疫的重要细胞,其引起的免疫反应主要为白介素12(IL-12)所驱动诱发,主要的执行细胞因子是干扰素(IFN)gamma;。Th1的分化和活性受到多种因素的影响。三七具有抗炎、抗骨组织破坏、调节免疫等作用,在日常生活中,作为一种药食同源的中药可用于健康保健和免疫性疾病、心血管疾病等的预防和治疗。对Th1的调控是三七发挥免疫调节作用的重要环节,本文综述了Th1细胞分化的影响因素、三七及其活性成分的功效和其对Th1细胞的调节作用。

[Abstract]Th1 cells are important cells for adaptive immunityand it is mainly induced by interleukin 12 (IL-12).Th1 cellsmay secreteIFN-gamma;toenhance immunity..The differentiation and activity of Th1 are affected by many factors. Panax notoginseng has the function of anti - inflammation, anti - bone tissue destruction and immune regulationIn daily life, it can be used for health care, immune disease and cardiovascular disease as a kind of edible and pharmaceuticaltraditional Chinese medicine. The regulation of Th1 is an important part in the immunoregulation of panax notoginseng. This paper reviewed the factors influencing the differentiation of Th1 cells, the efficacy of panax notoginseng and its active components, and its regulatory effect on Th1 cells.
