由蒲黄、五灵脂两味药组成。
具有活血化瘀,散结止痛的功效，可用于治疗原发性痛经。
失笑散对于妇科疾病治疗效果显著，但缺乏相关机理的阐述。
现代医学研究表明痛经与子宫异常收缩有关，故本实验对失笑散的效应机制及其效应物质进行探讨。

It has the effect of activating blood and removing blood stasis, relieving pain , and can be used to treat primary dysmenorrhea. Shixiaosan for gynecologic disease treatment effect is remarkable, but lack of relevant mechanism. Modern medical research shows that dysmenorrhea is associated with abnormal uterine , so this study discusses the effect mechanism of Shixiaosan and its effect of material.[keyword] Shixiaosan; pollen Typhae ; excrementum pteropi; dysmenorrhea; blood stasis痛经（Dysmenorrhea）是妇科常见病，发病率高达45%-90%，主要原因是由前列腺素，主要是前列腺素F2a（prostaglandin F2a）的大量生成导致子宫平滑肌和子宫壁螺旋动脉持续收缩而产生腹部绞痛、背痛、头痛、头晕、呕吐等症状，严重影响工作和学习[1-2]。
常用的治疗药物为非甾体抗炎药及激素等，容易产生胃肠道反应、经期出血等副作用[3]。
失笑散为中医经典名方，始载于《重修政和经史证类备急本草》卷二十二引《近效方》，由蒲黄、五灵脂(1:1)组成，具有活血化瘀、散结止痛之功效，用于瘀血诸痛，能迅速起效[4]。
