城市智慧水务综述

摘要：城市智慧水务被认为是解决水安全问题、提高水资源管理和水务管理的重要手段，也是水务系统发展的下一阶段，有必要对城市智慧水务进行梳理。本文回顾了城市智慧水务概念的提出，介绍了国内外智慧水务发展现状，讨论了智慧水务关键技术，展望了智慧水务的未来。

Summary of Urban Intelligent Water

Abstract: Urban intelligent water is considered as an important means to solve water security problems, improve water resources management and water management. It is also the next stage of water system development. This paper reviews the concept of urban intelligent water, introduces the development status of intelligent water at home and abroad, discusses the key technologies of intelligent water, and looks forward to the future of intelligent water.

0引言
当下全世界面临着环境、能源、水、基础设施、社会、治理等全方位的挑战，间接促进了数字革命、技术革命、环境革命以及社会革命，使更加一体化、更包容、更智能化、可持续的发展成为可能[1]。在此背景下，研究城市智慧水务具有重要意义。
1 城市智慧水务现状
智慧水务是一类信息化水务管理系统/方式的总称，目前并没有统一、明确的定义与命名。目前国际上常用的概念有智能水网（Smart Water Grid，SWG）、可持续城市水务管理（Sustainable Urban Water Management, SUWM）等。 虽然名称各不相相同、内容各有侧重，但其内涵基本一致，所以在本文中没有特别说明我们将统一使用城市智慧水务这一名称来介绍国内外各类项目。
