1. 研究目的与意义、国内外研究现状(文献综述)

In recentyears, China's economy has continued to rise and develop. Pharmaceuticalindustry, polymer industry, paint industry and production of pyromellitic acidand pyromellitic dianhydride is also expanding. However, both pyromellitic acidand pyromellitic dianhydride are produced in the production and use ofpyromellitic acid. A large amount of wastewater containing pyromellitic acid.The high concentration wastewater has high COD value, low pH value and poorbiochemical performance. Continuous wastewater treatment brings manydifficulties. Continuous wastewater treatment brings many difficulties. Atpresent, there are not many studies on the degradation of pyromellitic acid,and little is known about the mechanism and intermediates of the whole degradationprocess. A kind of bacteria which can degrade pyromellitic acid efficiently wasisolated from activated sludge. The growth and degradation characteristics ofthe bacteria were studied in order to provide a more comprehensive theoreticalbasis for the treatment of pyromellitic acid wastewater other industries aredeveloping rapidly. Pyromellitic acid and pyromellitic dianhydride containsymmetrical four carboxylic groups. Because of this special structure, manychemical reactions can take place. Therefore, it has a wide range ofapplications in the production of high-dimensional metal-organic coordinationpolymers, synthetic supramolecular polymers, synthetic polyimides,pharmaceuticals, plasticizers and so on, and its usage has been increasing withthe development of economy. the research on degradation of pyromellitic acid athome and abroad mainly focuses on physical and chemical methods. There are fewreports on the degradation of pyromellitic acid wastewater by microorganisms.No scholar has studied the use of highly efficient degradation bacteria todegrade pyromellitic acid. However, a large number of studies have shown thatmicroorganisms play a leading role in the degradation of pollutants in theaquatic environment. Therefore, the isolation of strains capable of efficientlydegrading pyromellitic acid has obvious promoting effect on improving thetreatment effect of pyromellitic acid wastewater.
