research purpose:

since the first princess movie "snow white" was launched in1937, disney has shaped countless impressive images of the princesses in thepast 83 years. even in the form of animated films, the themes of the princessmovies have no limitations. the audience can appreciate the more matureconnotation through the carefully portrayed characters, which can entertainchildren and touch adults. this study will explore the changes in the genderrepresentation of disney princesses in more than 80 years from the appearance,inner personality, language, and action of princesses in several films.
