摘要：传统民族体育资源在旅游资源的开发中具有重要意义，以旅游为视角发展传统民族体育可以充分挖掘民族传统体育资源所蕴含的旅游价值和经济价值，并能引起社会的关注，必将成为传统民族体育资源在优良传统中得以继承和发扬光大。本文分析了发展民族传统体育旅游资源的必要性，并以当前基于传统体育旅游资源开发的问题为视角，探讨了加强我国民族传统体育旅游资源开发的具体措施。

中国由许多省市构成，每个民族的传统体育资源对促进各种民族文化的发展都起着积极的作用，它可以充分反映民族在政治，文化，宗教和习俗等方面的发展内容，对促进人民的可持续发展具有重要意义。传统民族体育资源通过开发基于角度的旅游开发，可以有效地促进区域经济发展，突出民族优秀传统，弘扬民族传统。

传统民族体育资源是旅游资源的重要组成部分

我们丰富多彩的传统民族体育形式和内容，形成了中国丰富的体育文化资源。

体育和文化资源是民族传统文化的重要组成部分，每个民族世代相传的财富发展，各个地区的文化旅游资源不仅包括自然风光，还包括丰富的传统文化和人文精神，蕴藏着丰富的人文资源精神，是旅游资源的重要组成部分。

传统民族体育资源具有开发旅游资源的巨大潜力

尽管中国经济取得了长足的进步，但仍处于经济发展阶段，因此有很大的发展潜力。市场经济中当前的资源配置对经济发展产生直接影响，以市场经济配置资源以获得经济利益。如果能及早发现市场趋势，资源的开发和利用，我们就可以在经济发展过程中获得市场经济发展的主动权。中国的传统民族体育资源更加丰富，近年来，弘扬民族文化，弘扬优秀传统文化，这使得民族传统体育资源的开发具有很大的发展市场潜力。如果政府能够认识到民族传统体育资源对发展旅游资源，民族传统体育资源对科学发展的重要性，那么很可能会发现资源的经济价值，从而促进经济增长。

基于旅游视角的民族传统体育资源开发的当前问题

尽管已经存在一些公认的以民族传统体育资源为基础的旅游视角，可以有效地刺激经济增长，并进行积极探索，但是在实践过程中存在着各种各样的问题，严重影响着民族传统体育的发展质量资源。不仅未能充分挖掘体育旅游资源的资源和经济价值，而且浪费了大量的人力，物力和财力。

没有科学合理的传统民族体育资源开发体系

中国有许多国家，有些省市有许多不同的少数民族，因此基于旅游资源的传统民族体育资源的发展，虽然会有很多资源，但由于缺乏足够的知识而没有发展的现象。在开发过程中有一些领域，只是盲目模仿成功的故事，并不知道国家传统体育资源的具体数量，以及资源的类型和分布等，对资源未来发展的发展前景而不是科学合理的规划，没有科学合理的发展体系，开发中存在很多盲目和随机性的项目，这也使得某些地区的旅游资源在开发体育资源方面存在“昙花现象”，只有在一定时期内才能得到良好的经济效益，一旦将其他旅游资源发展为体育资源，这将就很难吸引游客。

缺乏合理的开发管理制度，开发效益相对较差

一些地方政府官员对传统民族体育旅游资源开发工作的认识是基于缺陷，关注度不足的角度， 这使得该工作不够彻底，体育开发和矿产资源不足，缺乏统一的规划管理体系发展。这导致虽然传统民族体育资源丰富，但开发商的短缺，从而导致经济效益降低。云南的体育资源开发状况，以云南地区14个民族为调查对象，包含386个不同民族传统体育资源项目，但只有50个较为普遍和流行，但从旅游发展的角度出发，只有13个可以真正创造经济价值。这13种体育资源在创造经济价值方面有很大的差异。这就要求政府重视发展工作是基于体育旅游资源的视角和科学管理体系的发展，从而获得更大的经济效益。

尚未形成传统民族体育旅游资源开发的品牌

在一些成功的领域中看到，基于民族传统体育旅游资源开发的案例，创造更大的经济价值， 就有可能发现，只要某些体育资源，我们就可以造成经济误解，因此体育资源已经开展在没有州政府组织的情况下进行开发工作。这很容易导致发展计划不科学，资金投入不足；进一步发展还远远不够，体育资源还没有被充分挖掘。只是旅游资源和采矿业的经济价值之一，只能在该地区发挥作用，缺乏发掘的文化内涵资源，不能动员群众参与该地区无法形成独特品牌的地区体育资源的发展，随着时间的流逝将逐渐降低其经济价值，不利于体育旅游经济的发展，民族传统文化的突出部分无法传递。

加强中国传统体育旅游资源开发的具体措施

共同改变体育资源开发理念和旅游资源开发

中国的民族成分复杂，民族体育资源丰富，但传统民族资源开发状况并不十分理想。为了改变这种状况，必须及时改变体育资源开发的观念，将体育资源开发与旅游资源开发结合起来。以区域经济发展的形式改变民族体育资源旅游发展的角度，从而促进区域经济发展的特征，是实现区域经济发展的重要手段。加大对民族传统体育资源开发的宣传力度，使当地群众能够理解和支持“开发民族传统体育资源，促进旅游业发展”的构想，并积极配合政府工作，从而导致政府各部门对旅游业的重视从民族传统体育资源开发的角度出发，应组织对民族传统体育资源进行研究和了解，弄清民族传统体育地方资源的具体内容，可以进行科学合理的规划；同时也给出一些政策，以相关的方式支持某些经济发展项目。从民族传统体育旅游资源开发的角度出发，可以挖掘民族传统体育文化，关注民族文化，弘扬民族文化。另一方面可以充分利用其中的经济价值，可以培育出有利于当地经济发展的新的经济增长点，促进区域经济发展。

基于科学合理规划的传统民族体育旅游资源研究

为了确保您要在民族体育资源中开发当地民族旅游资源，我们必须尽快组织有关专家学者进行讨论。首先要深入群众，了解体育或体育资源的具体内容，包括活动形式，文化内涵等。在调查过程中，有可能对一些体育资源专家进行访谈，也可以对特定地区体育资源的局部分布，特点和发展水平进行评估，并分析其发展潜力。与国外将旅游资源开发中的体育资源结合在一起，结合当地基础设施的反复研究，确定了体育内容开发资源的方向，开发措施以及该地区国家体育旅游科学规划的发展，简而言之，中长期规划要避免畜群在其发展过程中出现盲目发展的状况，避免重复和不必要的资源浪费现象，防止经济损失。

品牌是增强竞争力的有效手段，基于旅游资源开发的视角，传统体育是不变的，只有形成独特的品牌，才能形成更大的竞争力，才能在竞争中获得有利地位。我国旅游资源丰富，南部与沿海旅游资源相对集中，西北地区地理环境相对较差，旅游资源较为分散，但由于其相对鲜明的区域特征，因此在民族传统体育项目领域具有鲜明的地方特色。当旅游业从地方资源的角度出发，开发传统民族体育旅游资源时，要根据自身的个性和特色，丰富的文化氛围异质性特征，进行地方传统体育资源的特殊发展路线，主题，从而形成鲜明的特色，大力参与旅游活动，并在开发过程中形成多项专利产品，从而避免了旅游市场的垄断市场。因此，在发展民族传统体育资源时，首先要确定民族传统体育旅游业发展的重点领域，并充分发挥国家和地方政府的权力和优势带动作用。

政府的市场经济机制为客商吸引投资，形成了当地旅游经济资源特色资源，使其成为旅游经济的新亮点。

加强对相关人员的专业和有趣的培训

中国的地域辽阔，具有鲜明的地域特色，由许多民族组成，这使得中国传统民族体育的内涵相对丰富，每个民族体育资源都有一定的差异。当基于旅游业发展民族体育资源的观点时，结合当地经济条件和前瞻性规划，就可以形成具有民族特色的品牌体育资源，开发体育资源并树立品牌知名度。在基于旅游视角的传统民族体育资源开发之后，为加强宣传，可以加强与旅游组织主要来源的谈判与沟通。例如，在中国西北地区，人们经常认为西北地区的传统体育资源是自由而不受限制的，特别是在内蒙古自治区的呼伦贝尔草原等地，我们可以开发出类似于马的旅游业视角。赛车，摔跤和其他传统蒙古体育项目，作为其品牌的一部分，以吸引游客的兴趣，并在旅行决策过程中增强其西部传统民族体育旅游发展的趋势。只有充分激发游客的兴趣，才能激发游客的购买行为，形成他的本色品牌，充分利用品牌效应，才能有效改善当地旅游经济，从而促进经济发展，提高人们的生活质量。

民族传统文化蕴含着丰富的体育资源，这些资源是体育形成区域特色文化的重要组成部分。在我国经济发展过程中，具有民族特色的传统体育旅游资源在促进经济发展中具有积极作用，应从地方旅游民族传统体育资源的发展角度出发。不仅可以使当地的旅游资源更加丰富，从而创造更大的经济效益，改善当地的经济状况；也可以充分挖掘当地文化，使其发扬文化内涵，使优秀的民族文化和遗产得以发扬光大。

Sports and cultural resources are an important part of national traditional culture, each nation is accumulated wealth for generations the development of cultural tourism resources in various regions include not only natural duct, also includes a rich traditional culture and human spirit, physical resources contained rich human spirit, is an important part of tourism resources ^[1].

Traditional ethnic sports resources has a large potential for development of tourism resources

Although Chinas economy has achieved great progress, but still in the stage of economic development, so there is great potential for development. The current configuration of resources in a market economy has a direct impact on economic development to disposal of resources by market economy, in order to gain economic benefits. If you can recognize market trends as early as possible, the development and utilization of resources, we can gain the initiative in the process of economic development of market economy development. Chinas traditional national sports resources are more abundant, and in recent years to promote the countrys culture to carry forward the excellent boat down, which makes the development of National Traditional Sports Resource has a large market potential for development.
