和胃愈疡方对乙酸型急性胃溃疡大鼠Wnt/β-catenin信号通路表达的影响文献综述

中医中药在抗胃溃疡疾病的研究进展【摘要】 胃溃疡是指发生在胃角、胃窦、贲门和裂孔疝等部位的溃疡，是消化性溃疡的一种。

通过调研国内外胃溃疡相关文献资料，整理胃溃疡的中医辨证分型论治、胃溃疡动物模型、中药治疗胃溃疡的实验及临床研究。

为中医药治疗胃溃疡提供参考。

By investigating the relevant literature of gastric ulcer at home and abroad, the paper sorted out the TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of gastric ulcer, animal model of gastric ulcer, experimental and clinical research on the treatment of gastric ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine. And provide reference for the treatment of gastric ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine.Key words: Gastric ulcer; traditional Chinese Medical science; traditional Chinese medicine; animal model胃溃疡疾病是消化性溃疡中最常见的一种，主要是指胃黏膜被胃消化液消化造成的超过黏膜肌层的组织损伤，是发生在胃角、胃窦、贲门和裂孔疝等部位的溃疡。

事实上胃酸和胃蛋白酶只是溃疡形成的主要原因之一，心理因素及不良生活习惯均可诱发溃疡，其发病原因与生活息息相关，发病人数日益增多。

典型的胃溃疡具有长期性、周期性和节律性。

1中医对胃溃疡的认知胃溃疡是现代医学名词，属中医学中的胃脘痛胃气痛心痛吞酸等范畴，民间多称为心口痛胃气痛胃痛饥饱痨，其常见病因为脾胃虚弱，或劳倦内伤、久病传中、用药不当伤及脾胃，该病也可因情志内伤和饮食所伤而致。

脾胃虚弱是本病的主要病因，气滞、血瘀是其基本的病理变化，中医治疗该病以健脾益胃、理气化瘀为根本[1]。

中医辨证对胃溃疡进行治疗至今已有数千年历史。
