【摘要】 本文简要地介绍了电气智能化设计中各个系统的构成结构与设计要点,比较了传统的系统与新兴的智能化系统之间的差异,分析了电气智能化系统的优势所在,并探讨其在实际应用中的作用。

工程概况:本工程为江苏双龙集团研发楼,位于南京市江宁区,总建筑面积约15500平米,其中:地上建筑面积12200平米,地下3300平米,占地面积1390平米。

该建筑为框架剪力墙结构,地上十层,地下一层,总高度38.3米,首层高度4.5米,二十层层高3.6米。

本课题要解决的问题及研究手段:1. 要与强电系统相配合,要注意不能与强电设备的位置相冲突等多个方面。
