摘 要

泄漏点检测与修复(LDAR)技术采用固定或移动监测设备,监测化工企业各类反应釜、原料输送管道、泵、压缩机、阀门、法兰等易产生挥发性有机物泄漏处,并修复超过一定浓度的泄漏检测处,从而达到控制原料泄漏对环境造成污染,是国际上较先进的化工废气检测技术。典型的LDAR步骤:确定程序、组件检测、修复泄漏、报告闭环[2]等。其子程序[13]包括:检测前准备子程序、检测子程序、修复子程序、报告子程序等。

泄漏点检测与修复(LDAR)技术工作流程主要包含项目建立、现场检测和泄露维修三个步骤。本文主要研究石化行业的泄漏检测和修复技术。石化企业的阀门、各种泵、泄压装置、法兰、接头连接系统等设备与管阀件非常多,由于松动、变形、腐蚀等原因引起的泄漏几乎无法避免,由于设备泄漏排放部位不确定,数量多且分散,虽然重液管线上设备与管阀件的泄漏是可视的,但是轻液和气体管线上设备与管阀件[1]的泄漏通常不可视。这样不仅造成了原料和产品加工损失,有的甚至酿成突发安全事故,造成重大经济损失,对人身安全也造成巨大危害。

Analysis of (LDAR) Workflow and Common Problems in Leak Point Detection and Repair

Abstract

Leak point detection and repair (LDAR) technology adopts fixed or mobile monitoring equipment to monitor all kinds of reaction kettles, raw material transportation pipes, pumps, compressors, valves, flanges and other volatile organic compounds leakage places in chemical enterprises. It is an advanced chemical waste gas detection technology in the world to repair the leakage detection site which exceeds a certain concentration, so as to control the pollution caused by the leakage of raw materials to the environment. Typical LDAR steps: identify procedures, component detection, repair leakage, report closed loop, etc. Its subroutine includes: pre-detection subroutine, repair subroutine, report subroutine and so on.

The work flow of leak point detection and repair (LDAR) technology mainly includes three steps: project establishment, field detection and leak maintenance. This paper mainly studies the leakage detection and repair technology in petrochemical industry. There are many kinds of valves, various pumps, pressure relief devices, flanges, joint connection systems and other equipment and pipe valve parts in petrochemical enterprises. Due to loosening, deformation, corrosion and other reasons, the leakage caused by the leakage is almost inevitable, because the leakage and discharge location of the equipment is uncertain. Although the leakage of equipment and valve parts on heavy liquid pipelines is visible, the leakage of equipment and valve parts on light liquid and gas pipelines is usually invisible. Not only does this cause The processing loss of raw materials and products, some even lead to sudden safety accidents, resulting in significant economic losses, but also caused great harm to personal safety.
