1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

with the rapid development of global technology and society, energy and environmental protection have become the most concerned issues in the 21st century.because of the overexploitation and utilization of oil resources by human beings in the past 200 years, if the oil continues to be extracted and consumed at this rate, the world's oil resources will be exhausted in less than 50 years.therefore, in recent years, many countries have taken the development of new energy vehicles as a very important work.take a look at china,since the launch of the "ten cities per thousand" project in 2009, china's electric vehicle industry has been developing rapidly with the strong support of the chinese government.the production of pure electric vehicles is expected to exceed 2 million in 2020.

however, as the core of electric vehicles, power battery.its performance has a very big impact on electric vehicles.however, in modern society, compared with the recycling and utilization of power batteries, scientists are more concerned about the upper limit of power batteries and how to make power batteries with higher specific energy and faster charging rate, thus ignoring the recycling treatment of retired power batteries.normal automotive power battery, in the normal use of the case, when the battery capacity dropped to the original peak of about 80%, according to international standards, the power of the car will be greatly reduced, leading to the battery retirement.according to the data, by 2020, about 200,000 tons of power batteries will be decommissioned.decommissioning power batteries, if not properly disposed of, will not only cause a lot of waste of resources, but also seriously pollute the ecosystem and the environment.

on august 1, 2018, china implemented the interim provisions on traceability management for the recovery and utilization of new energy automobile power batteries, which means that the new era of cascade recovery and utilization of new energy automobile power batteries has arrived.cascade utilization refers to the continuous use of a product that has already reached the original design life and then restored all or part of its functions through other methods.taking our common automobiles as an example, many urban automobiles are often not dismantled and utilized after they are eliminated, but are transferred to inland areas or remote areas for downgrading transportation, which is echelon utilization.
