东南大学成贤学院建筑艺术大楼周边景观设计–方案C4毕业论文

摘 要

东南大学成贤学院艺术大楼周边景观面积约为0.9万平米。建筑艺术大楼拟建位置为成贤学院图书馆西北侧地块。艺术大楼北边接校园围墙,东南相邻校园人工湖,西侧有一座土坡。设计场地除湖心岛基本平整,植被生长优美,土壤肥沃,并有现状的实用的小路。建筑与艺术系大楼的总建筑面积约为5千平米,层数不超过4层,目前还在初步设计中。

随着教育的发展,为了给大学生打造一个舒适温馨的自然室外环境,使大学生学习、健身、娱乐都能在这样的一个室外校园中完成,给他们一个积极向上学习环境。本次设计应充分利用现场优良的景观资源,依托建筑艺术大楼,营造一个供莘莘学子苦读休憩的场所,为本系新楼建设添砖加瓦。

r Landscape design of chengxian college building of southeast university

Abstract

The landscape area around the art building of chengxian college, southeast university is about 99,000 square meters. The proposed location of building art building is the northwest block of chengxian college library. The art building is bounded by the campus wall to the north, the artificial lake to the southeast and a slope to the west. The design site is basically flat except for the island in the center of the lake, with beautiful vegetation and fertile soil, and there are existing practical paths. The total building area of the building and art department building is about 5,000 square meters, with no more than 4 floors, and it is still under preliminary design.

With the development of education, in order to create a comfortable and warm natural outdoor environment for college students, so that college students can learn, exercise and entertain in such an outdoor campus, and give them a positive learning environment. This design should make full use of the excellent landscape resources on the site, rely on the building of architectural arts, and create a place for students to study hard and have a rest, thus adding bricks and tiles to the new building construction of this department.

  1. 引言

新的时代新的大学新的大学景观建设除了完成建筑,还要在已有的的校园建筑的同时,营造无形的属于校园的特有氛围。景观校园型规划设计在今后的校园设计中是非常主要的,山水植被与建筑互为背景 ,互相映衬,它们共同营造出诗景如画、赏心悦目、学习氛围浓厚的校园景观。

在规划设计中,由于校园的主体使用者是教师和学生,在设计时以人的生理心理感受为尺度,从校园整体风格出发,将建筑和景观融合为一,使得两者具有有机秩序并且能成为系统整体中的一个单元,所以在景观设计中,要考虑一下几个方面:
