2.1 main elementsthe design of motor-drive axleintegrated drive system is carried out by selecting a certain type of electric current vehicle as the target model. the research contents are as follows:(1) selection design of transmission structure for motor-drive axleintegrated drive system;(2) parameter matching calculation of motor-drive axleintegrated drive system;(3) structure design and parameter calculation of main reducer for motor-drive axleintegrated drive system;(4) three-dimensional virtual design of transmission structure and drawing design of key parts for motor-drive axleintegrated drive system.2.2 technical programs and measures(1) according to the characteristics of the target model, comparing and analyzing the common electric vehicle drive system mode, choosing the suitable motor-drive axleintegrated drive system structure;(2) according to the main parameters and performance indexes of the target model, the parameters of the motor, the power battery and the transmission ratio in the power system are theoretically analyzed and calculated to determine the suitable matching scheme of the power system;(3) comparing and analyzing the main reducer structure of electric vehicles, anddesigning and selectingthe key structure of the main reducer according to the characteristics of the target vehicle and the requirements of the deceleration ratio.(4) according tothe above design and calculation results, based on catia and other 3d solid modeling software,designingthe main parts of the motor-driveaxleintegrated drive system with 3d structure, anddrawingthe corresponding 2d graphs.
