with the rapid development of industrial technology, the development ofmodeling and simulation, which is widely used in automobile design andevaluation, has not slowed down. in the 1960s, modeling and simulationtechniques could only calculate specific physical phenomena with relativesimplicity. however, with the continuous improvement of computing power andalgorithm and the improvement of sensor technology, it has reached the pointthat it is not just in the design stage, but can conduct dynamic simulationthroughout the life cycle of the product.

driven by the advance of simulation technology and the actual demand ofcomplex mechanism, the research of real-time simulation technology hasgradually become a hot topic.

the basic content

(1) establishmodels of automobile machinery institutions. processing materials and textures ofit to achieve a high degree of similarity. asan example, the research will start from the door with hinged relation. andgradually try to simulate the power mechanism on the chassis, includinggearbox, universal joint, engine and other chassis components.
